The scenery around the hotel was stunning, with lush green hills and picturesque rivers. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay extra special. We also loved the large swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in the hot weather.

We did find the food at the restaurant quite pricey compared to other options nearby. the noise from passing trucks on the nearby road could be a little bothersome, particularly during dinner time.

I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone. I really enjoyed Suanthip Vana Resort. Room met all requests. Comfortable place for a weekend in Chiang Rai

The tranquility of the Resort and selection of toiletries.

We have noticed several board displaying the name of the resort but none of them mentions the actual distance. A visitor could mistake it to be in the heart of Chiang Rai town, whereas it is short of 75 kms from downtown Chiang Rai and 170 kms away from Chiang Mai.

Nestled on the slopes of a lush valley, this resort offers a serene retreat for nature enthusiasts. the location is perfect for those looking to embark on hikes through the beautiful mountains. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with wooden floors and warm colors that create a peaceful atmosphere. the bathrooms are clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries. the friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a stunning view of the surrounding forest. the resort also offers facilities like a pool, spa, and pool table.

The resort's remote location may make it inconvenient for those looking to explore other attractions in the area.

It is truly an architecturally designed landscape and each day was a delight in the beautiful sights, sounds, smells, serenity and in our lanna style villa we had also seclusion, which we loved.

It really was difficult to communicate needs to staff; who made every effort to help, but the English was poor in all but reception staff and theirs was limited. We also found that the fact that the resort was so remote and one had to eat at the resort, rather limiting. I think it would be fair to say that in keeping with Northern Thai food, 80% menu was either deep fried or pork; neither of which I could tolerate. there was maybe 5 things suited to western taste.

Staff is very friendly. The lanscape is very beautiful. Very good for a short stop between Chiangmai and Chiangrai.

We stayed at the villa which is beautifully designed with spacious outdoor bathroom. The scenery is breathtaking. Unfortunately, there was too much fog on the day we stayed.

The outdoor tub always has falling leaves in it. So we have to clean the tub every time before using.
